Lady Bizness’ Chisa Pennix-Brown, MBA is happy to be chosen as the 2016 Moderator for the CPR Entrepreneurship Speed Mentoring event as a part of Global Entrepreneurship Week. Join a host of organizations for this engaging event on Friday, November 18, 2017 from 1-4 pm at the Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship located at 1451 S. Elm Eugene Street, Greensboro, NC 27406. Community Program Resources (CPR) are valuable for small business owners, to help grow to their full potential. This event was started by DarLinda Finch of the GTCC Small Business Center in an effort to allow businesses to meet the individual resource partners that make the Greensboro Small Business Consortium.
Attendees can expect to meet many of the CPR’s in Guilford County, to help their business SOAR. Using a speed mentoring format will allow all attendees the opportunity to speak to everyone in the room. Speaker(s) include, but are not limited to:

GTCC Small Business Center The mission of the Small Business Center is to increase the number and success of viable small businesses in North Carolina by providing high quality, readily accessible assistance to prospective and existing small business owners which will lead to job creation and retention. Our Small Business Center is here to assist you by offering one-on-one confidential business counseling plus workshops and seminars on a variety of business topics. Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship Founded in 1987 in Revolution Mill, formerly a Cone Mills factory building, The Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc. is a private non-profit corporation. Our mission is to attract, advise and house start-up and early stage growth entrepreneurs., To accomplish this, the NCFE operates a business incubator located in the heart of Greensboro. The Center provides modestly priced office and light manufacturing space along with shared support services such as business counseling, a receptionist, copier, fax, mail boxes, and data entry.
